Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. (CISI) maintains these discussion boards and web logs to augment technical support for their product, FigureOne Collaborative Photo Research (F1). Review the rules below. Only if you agree with them and wish to proceed with the registration should you click the Register button. If not, use the Back button on your browser to remain a Guest. Note that Guests can read blog entries but cannot read board topics.
- Registration for the boards and blogs is open to anyone with a confirmed e-mail address, including users from all F1 client areas as well as persons who are not current clients of F1.
- Concerted attempts are made to protect member privacy and anonymity. For example, we do not display member e-mail addresses, even to other members. However, a member may compromise her/his own anonymity by choosing a display name, photo avatar, signature or other information that may be easily traced to a real individual. If you are concerned about protecting your identity on this site, we urge you to choose a display name that does not contain your first or last name nor any domain names or trademarks under your control, and remind you to not upload or type in other identifying information.
- While we are responsible for the initial posts of topics we start and for our blog entries, replies to board topics or comments on blogs, including posts by CISI employees, express solely the views of the author of the message.
- We are not responsible for any messages posted by users who are not employees of of CISI. We do not vouch for nor warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any such message, and are not responsible for its content.
- You agree, by clicking Register below, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, or invasive of a person's privacy; defamatory of CISI or of any of its clients; or otherwise violative of any law. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately.
- The goal of our boards and blogs is a reasoned, constructive dialogue between the users of F1 client areas and the developers of the F1 software and hardware platform. You agree, by clicking Register, to support this goal. Continued destructive discussion narrowly focused on criticism of F1, or nonconstructive discussion of other software or web services, whether commercial or free-of-charge, is not allowed.
- You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is held by you or by CISI.
- We have the ability to remove messages that do not accord with the above rules and to permanently ban users who repeatedly violate a rule, and we may use either option as necessary.
